Hard work always pays off and this truly applies on a South Indian Star Prabhas who is currently breaking all the records with his super hit movie Baahubali 2. There was a time when Prabhas stopped signing films as he wanted to dedicate all his time to this mega project. With the film scoring high on the box office, there is great news for the fans. Prabhas is going to have its wax statue at Madam Tussauds in Bangkok. He is the first South Indian star to have his wax statue among other popular celebrities. Isn’t it truly a proud moment for all of us?
If we talk about India, there are only few A-list actors and actresses who had this amazing opportunity to have their wax statue at Tussauds including Amitabh Bachan, Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachan and Kareena Kapoor. Analyst Ramesh Bala broke this amazing news on his Twitter account where he posted a picture of Prabhas statue at Tussauds. These photos of his wax statue are already going viral all over internet especially among South Indian fans as it’s such a proud moment for them.

What makes this news even more interesting is the fact that no other South Indian star has made it to Tussauds including superstar Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan. According to TOI report, more than 300 photographs of Prabhas were taken so that the statue does complete justice to his real structure.
When Prabhas was asked about his great achievement, he said, “I am really happy to have been selected by Madame Tussauds and I think this was only possible because of fans. I am grateful for their unconditional love and support. I am also thankful to my guru, SS Rajamouli, for the opportunity to work on this fantastic project Baahubali.”
Baahubali 2 has just released and it has broken all the records which were set by Bollywood actors including Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. The movie has already touched 600 crore mark and if it continues to run successfully all over the world, it is expected that it will easily cross 1000 crore which is a huge achievement for South Indian film industry.
