The fact that American films are the most sought after is not deniable. We completely ignore the movies that are produced in places other than the USA. But the truth is so many great movies are produced worldwide that do not get due consideration. Oscars have introduced the Best Foreign Film category but maybe that’s not enough and doesn’t do enough justice either.
