You don’t even need to get any type of expensive equipment. To get an effective workout, working out in the comfort of your home and bringing some changes in your routine will suffice. Here are few tips that can help you get fit and stay fit without going to gym:

If your grocery shop is nearby, don’t take a car there. Walk or just take a cycle. Basically, make walking and cycling a part of your routine. And if that can’t be done, then plan morning or evening walks.
