- Raw Papaya
Papaya is rich in an enzyme called papain which can break down the hair follicles on your face and prevent hair growth. Combine raw papaya with turmeric powder and apply the paste all over your face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash your face with normal water. Pat it dry with a towel and apply a light moisturizer. Do this twice a week.
Turmeric, well known for its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory can also prevent the growth of facial hair. You can make a mixture of turmeric powder and water and leave the paste for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. It will not only exfoliate your skin but give it with a bright look.
- Lemon and Sugar Mix
Lemon and sugar mix is an excellent scrubber and exfoliator for your skin. Lemon juice also acts as the natural bleach which lightens the colour of your skin and also as an astringent. Sugar acts as the exfoliating agent. Mix 2 tablespoon each of lime juice and sugar and add a few drops of water. Apply this on your face outwards, in the direction of hair growth. Leave the paste for 15-20 minutes and then wash off gently with cold water.
- Potato and Lentil
Potato and its peel are known for their natural bleaching traits. On the other hand, dry lentil paste helps in pulling off the hair of your face. Mix one potato smashed along with yellow lentil paste, 1 tablespoon of honey and few drops of lemon juice. Apply this on the areas where you encounter unnatural hair growth including the face. Leave the paste for 15 minutes. After it dries, rub your fingers to remove the paste. The dry lentil will pull off the hair.
- Banana Oatmeal Scrub
In the case of dry skin, banana is the best ingredient for facial hair removal. Along with that, banana also makes your skin soft and supple. Oatmeal acts as a natural facial cleanser and is also a bleaching agent. Mash one banana and add oatmeal to it. Mix evenly and then apply the paste in a circular motion. Do this massaging for an approximate 15 minutes. Wash it off with water and pat the skin dry with a towel. Repeat the process twice a week for getting a better result.
- Sugar Wax
Sugar wax is an excellent home-based parlor trick for hair removal. Take two spoons of sugar and boil it in water and honey. You will get a thick wax like substance. Apply it all over your face with a spatula. Then place a clean strip of cloth over the applied wax, let the wax cool down and then pull the cloth. The wax will pull off the hair, leaving your skin clean and hair free.
