Michael Gove recently interviewed President-elect Donald Trump for The Times where the soon-to-be-President gave his views regarding world issues, and unassumingly, we are not surprised given the President’s antics.

    President-elect Donald Trump believes that Brexit is a great thing. In his interview with Michael Gove, he is heard saying, “The fact that your pound sterling has gone down? Great. Because business is unbelievable in a lot of parts in the UK.”

    He said that NATO has not put up to the task ordained to it- remove the threat called Islamic Terrorism. He said, “I said a long time ago that Nato had problems. Number one it was obsolete because it was designed many, many years ago. Number two the countries aren’t paying what they’re supposed to pay.”

    Trump criticized German Chancellor Angela Markel’s move to give shelter to the Syrian refugees as a “catastrophic mistake”. “That was taking all of these illegals, you know taking all of the people from wherever they come from. And nobody even knows where they come from.”

    In his interview with Michael Gove for The Times, Trump said that his ancestors hailed from both Scotland and Germany. He liked Germany as “I liked order and I like strength”. When asked about his Scottish background, he said, “they are known for watching their pennies”. He went on to add, “I deal in big pennies, that’s the problem.”
