Apparently nauseated with a preschool-age boy’s insistence on being black, a customer in a restaurant reportedly spat on the kid and referred to the kid as a “nigger,” according to multiple witnesses.
KCTV-5 reports that witnesses watched as a small child was temporarily separated from his family, drifting off while they were attending a party inside an Overland Park, Kan., Hooters, celebrating with 20-30 guests. When the parents came to collect the child, one of the restaurant’s more-racist-inclined patrons decided to help the parents of the boy by instructing them how to recover their son.
Reports that the child was spat in by the man and used racial epithets. “He basically said get that small ‘blank’ off the floor,” the witnesses told the television channel. “The n-word started to get thrown around.”
The people in the restaurant anticipated fisticuffs to follow, but rather than shoving one of those shitty Hooters hot wings down the guy’s throat, the family of the boy decided to call the cops. Anyway, the offender was eating at Hooters, which is a kind of punishment in and of itself.
When Overland Park’s finest arrived at the restaurant, the spitter promised the cops that everything was OK by telling the police he was a first responder.
I don’t know what that means, but I frequently hear people say that the NFL players who knelt during the anthem were disrespecting first responders. Also, whenever anything happens in this country, Donald Trump is always up early to give his initial response on Twitter. I’m pretty sure “first responder” is Caucasian code for “white.”
“I didn’t catch what the officer said to him, but his immediate response was ‘It’s OK, I’m a fireman,’ like this was supposed to blanket cover everything for him,” the witness stated.
Shockingly (which is Negro code for “not a damn bit surprisingly”), the cops didn’t arrest the guy hocking loogies in a toddler in Hooters. Despite the fact that the officials say that there were “several witnesses,” and in spite of the fact that police say the man could be charged with battery and making a criminal threat, the Overland Park Police Department says it needs to talk with the family of the child one more time.
You have to admit, it takes a special kind of hate for someone to focus their hate on a kid even when surrounded by beer, chicken wings, and women roaming around with their breasts and butt cheeks out. I applaud the family who decided to deal with this incident rather than doing what I would have done, with the law.
Had anybody spat on a small child much less my own, in my presence, nobody would have called this an example of racism or a hate crime. They would have used another phrase to describe his activities:
